I have been doing business with this Company for 15 years and the past 1-1/2 years this place has declined drastically. The employees are not helpful anymore, they have hardly any automotive background or none at all. I find it unfortunate to see that the Management of the Company as a whole has not seen this. Obviously they do not care.
Great store! They usually have everything you need. All the staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. Especially the store manager. She’s personable, helpful and energetic.
The gal who helped me is absolutely rude, she had to call someone with her cell phone to look up parts. I will never be back, and will share my experience with others.
