Called in on Wednesday (01/19/2022) looking for a very difficult part to find for an 02 Jeep Wrangler. It was 4:58 pm (they closed at 5 pm) a gentleman name Bill answered. He was very helpful and patient, I describe what I was looking for and within minutes he had found it. I asked if he could hold it for me that I could pick it up the next day. He said that he could ship it to me instead, saving me a two hour commute. I paid over the phone and a day and a half later it was at my door. First time I had interact with this shop but I know who I’m calling first next time I need a replacement parts for my Jeeps. FYI I called many places and all I got was rude and annoy service, like if I was begging or asking for the item for free. Thanks for the help Bill! and yes, it got that TJ up and running with no issues at all.
