Been calling around looking for a screw. I call this place I don’t get a hello. I asked for what I needed he said they don’t have it. I asked would he know of anywhere that does he says nope then hangs up the phone! Smh should’ve known! Why does every business on the Eastside have no communication or basic customer service skills?? It be your own people

Rude, guy on phone was very rude but said they had a windshield so I still went to get it, paid a ride, drove 30 minutes only to be told they didn’t have it, after I told him but you just said you had it he told me well we don’t lol.. never again!!!

They had my rim, but wrong color, so it was a huge huge waste of my time, but I may give them another try for something else, they have a large inventory of used auto parts.
