BUYER BEWARE!!! Would leave zero stars if we could. They dont let you back in the yard to make sure it is what you need and to inspect before you buy. They brought a seat up with a cigarette burn after just saying it was dirty but wouldnt take anything off and of course no refunds. We have dealt with many salvage yards and never experienced this.
These people are SCAMMERS!!!! Please buy your parts elsewhere, there’s a reason why they only take cash or checks, so there’s no way you can ever get your money back in case the part you bought doesn’t work, I made the mistake of buying from them, the $600 part I bought from them was not the one I needed, I asked if I could return it even if I had to pay a restocking fee and return shipping, they refused, they said it was my fault I ordered the wrong part, they argue they sent the right part, and they just don’t accept returns, I should have looked them up before buying from them, is sad to see how many people have been scammed and somehow they are still operating a “business”, they take your money and you are stuck with a useless part.
We bought $3700.00 worth of parts. Two of the parts were wrong. We gave the vin# and production date. The headlight and front bumper are totally different. It hasn’t been a week yet and now they are saying they won’t accept returns. Highly disappointed
$500 for a $300 dollar part only to wait for them to finish removing it for an extra 3 hours in 90 degree weather and humidity.. Make darn sure its removed and ready before making the trip. Tip: invest in a plasma cutter.
After driving 3,5 hours they said that only accepting cash… no credit cards. They not allow me to see the part (door) because of safety, repeating that it was in very good condition. After driving that long I pay cash and they brought the door that was poorly repainted and it got clear coat runs on it. They refuse to give me my money back.
The whole idea driving that long was to match the factory paint… Well “thanks ” to those scammers I got stuck with door that I had to repaint again.
