Awesome staff!!
I went to eastern automotive to pick up a car door for my Veloster. The guy at the register was very polite. They even took the door off the car, didn’t have to pick and pull! The two gentlemen who helped get the car door in my trunk were very friendly, funny and overall put the cherry on top for the whole experience. God bless you all and thanks for your help!! They even let me check out the car they took the door off of. Very cool. I live about an hour away from the establishment. Definitely worth the drive. I got the new door on my car and it’s basically in new condition! I will be coming back here for more parts. Outstanding atmosphere, did not expect this. Awesome job guys.

I called on Thursday around 130pm looking for a sunroof assembly. The guy I spoke with quoted me $200 for the entire assembly. He asked me how to remove it, and I explained it bolted in. He said they would get it removed, and I would get a call Friday morning to let me know it was ready. I called at 11am on Friday to check on the status. I spoke to a different man who told me I was quoted for just the glass, and it would be $400 for the assembly. I told him I was very clear with the man I spoke to before that I needed the entire assembly so they should honor the quote. He put me on hold a few minutes and came back and said they would honor the $200 and have it ready for me in about 30 minutes. I then received a call 20 minutes later, and he claimed the sunroof was no good. He said the motor was bad. I told him that was fine because I didnt need the motor just the assembly, and then he said the glass was broken.

One of the MOST ORGANIZED LOT’S I’VE EVER SEEN! Very FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL staff.. Need a part? Call Ellen! She’s one of their part specialist’s.. if they don’t have it… She’ll try her best to get it! They’re located right off of 701 hwy about 8 to 10 miles outside of Newton Grove if you’re headed towards Four Oaks or Smithfield. Thank You Ellen! You’re Awesome

Don’t get nothing from this place and tell or unless you read their policies of returns very carefully cuz they don’t stand behind their products if it don’t work they don’t take it back and that’s not good business they didn’t have one to replace the one that my son had though I was still waiting on hearing from them and haven’t heard from them yet got an alternator there and it didn’t work it had 13 amps but not enough to fix the car. It needs at least 14.2 amps to start and recharge a car battery and this one only had 13.7 maybe at the most

Kealy was very helpful. She told me to call when I was heading there to pickup my part and she would have somebody start pulling it for me. I did not have to wait very long for the part after I arrived. Thank you! This will be my first call should I need more parts in the future and I will recommend Eastern Automotive Inc to my friends.
