Very poor service . Thought it was a convenient place for off the shelf engines . When I purchased my Engine, I made a deposit because the motor was still in the car and they did not allow me to see it because of insurance purposes “understandable” . after 4days I received my engine for pick up and it was bad… the engine was rusted to death. Mechanic said none of the exhaust studs would come off without snapping them in the head. You can see where tried salvaging the other components but couldn’t seem to get them off the engine from being seized on which should’ve been a red flag on there hand . I get that I should’ve never drove away with the engine in the first place but I didn’t know better. But what got me was they charged me $300 restock fee!!! Thats 25% That’s stealing !!! now I have to wait 2 weeks to get that money back to purchase a GOOD motor. I won’t be doing Buisness with them if this is the customer service I’m getting. They’re just as good as that engine … bad

Best Buying Experience Anywhere in the Auto Industry. I just received the doors and I am incredibly happy with my purchase from your shop, the delivery driver said these were the best packaged doors he’s seen. There was no transport damage, which is incredibly rare for freight shipping, especially from Florida to California. I did not expect them to be secured, standing, padded and wrapped. That was thoughtful. Thank you Rob, for the wonderful shopping experience. From ordering to receiving, going out of your way to contact me, confirming I was getting what I needed for my car. He has saved me several weekends of personal work. I will always come to your store when I need the larger parts for my car. I’ll refer my friends too.
