This is the worse towing company I have every had to deal with in my life. My vehicle was in a accident in front of my home. I was not given a option to use a different company. It took me a week to get my vehicle so I can have repaired and then they never even reported back to the police that the vehicle had been picked up by the repair shop so the police can close the report. I would give them a zero if that was a option, but I don’t recommend using them for anything. They are awful!

So I literally just called on 10/30/2020 at 9:10 in the morning.
Now I’m a mechanic, and I’ve delta with customers. But I called and asked about a part, and the man who picked up literally just said ” we ain’t got that and hung up “. Now I’m not an expert but he did no research of whats in stock and to just hang up abruptly is pretty rude. But hey best wishes to your company and I see why you have a 3 star rating
