The wrong part was ordered and I was having so much trouble returning it. I talked to numerous salesman and couldn’t get this part returned. So I decided to call back this morning and spoke with a supervisor name Jr and let me tell you what a wonderful person. He went above and beyond to help me resolve this matter. He surely deserve recommendations. Very EXCELLENT employer.
they don’t ever respond to email requests. emailed them several times. had a list of wanted items and didn’t want to tie up the phone lines all day. left detailed info so they could look things up on their time so it was easier.
I had a broken window on my Ford Explorer, bought a window used from them, it turned out to be the wrong one (which happens with used parts)I lost my ticket, luckily when I got there they were more than willing to help me find the right window to put in my suv. They were patient and understanding. Soon enough, they got me the right window and I was on my way! Friendly atmosphere and happy customer! Thanks guys!
The place seems tidy and well ran. Wish they would have more parts for my G6. They squashes the one my motor came out of within a day or two. Wish they had waited I needed more off of it but oh well.
THE MANAGER IS AWFUL! He is rude and condescending to women. I will not go their again as long as he is there. I called the corporate office and “no one” ever returned my call about my concerns.
