Ewing Brothers Towing rescued our 35ft converted bus from the top of a hill in Lovell Canyon. My stereo and my 200 dollar pair of Oakleys was stolen out of my car while in their possession. I was told Henry was going to contact me regarding the matter and so far they havn’t made any effort to contact me. The lady who answered when I called to let them know about it off the bat implied that “maybe it was another towing company”. The driver told me Henry was there. The office told me he wasn’t there. They told me they were going to review the camera footage but I’m worried they will just delete the footage. I wouldn’t think this but they havnt reached out at all. Everytime I call they just tell me he’s not there and that he will call me back. My glasses were in the glove box along with everything that is now on my seat.
My car was towed due to an unfortunate accident involving my vehicle. Thank you to Anthony at the Commerce location who was very helpful while I was getting my items out of the vehicle. I had to get an RV towed. The driver was friendly, efficient and a complete pro. The price was right as well.
On 07/26/2022 My car was stolen from my house at 9pm thanks to Tracking the Police where able to recover my vehicle in 8 minutes. The police investigation however took all night and I didnt want to wake my toddlers at 2:30am to retrieve it. I requested that the police have it towed and I would retrieve it the next day. I called the following morning and the woman was polite and got strait to the point she took care of business I cam definitely appreciate that. Ewing brothers kept my vehicle safe, secure, undamaged and surprisingly didn’t charge me a fortune like other tow companies. Took about 30 minutes in and out because we wanted to see the vehicle first for insurance purposes. They where there for my family when we needed them. You are appreciated Ewing Brothers. Thank you.
