He asked for cash app. Told me he would ship the next day. Two weeks later I still have no parts. He kept the money. So I paid for parts he never sent. I wish I could have given a lower rating. But 1 is as low as you can go.

The worst customer service in the Galaxy! Alex, who supposedly is the owner of this place, is a dishonest man and his business is a shady operation in general.

Stay away!!!

We called him about transmission for VW and he said he had several of them in stock. Upon arrival, he said that the transmission is still mounted and it will take two weeks to get it off. He asked for a 60% down payment. We called him two weeks later and he said: “it’s not time yet”. Continued to call him weekly, and after two months he said transmission is ready for pickup. We came to his place and he didn’t show up. Took another week to catch Alex at the yard.

After picking up the transmission we drove home, Alex called us and said that he gave us “a wrong transmission”. The serial and part number confirmed that it was a VW transmission, but he insisted that we refrained from installing it. He said “sorry” and promised to deliver “a correct” transmission personally. It has been more than two months and he still didn’t deliver it and doesn’t respond to calls.

This place should be investigated by WA L&I or Calrk County Sheriff.

If I could give him zero stars I would.
This guy took my money and had 3 weeks to pull an engine, never pulled it and hasn’t refunded my money in 5 weeks.

I’m about to have to contact the police and file a small claims court case against him.

Take your business and your time elsewhere, this guy’s not worth either.

Not a trustworthy individual, said one thing over the phone, then after hours of waiting at the yard raised the price, asked for a core charge, and taxes but had to pay in cash. How’s he still in business?
