The outcome of our experience with Fenix Tri City Auto Parts leads us to the opinion that these are some bad people you want to avoid. When checking the engine they sold us, it was locked up & would not turn over by hand. Removed the spark plugs & inserted borescope inside of cylinders — the attached photos are what we found. The inside of the engine was so wrecked it is not even recognizable. We thought we had received a core engine by mistake, but when we contacted Fenix Tri City Auto Parts, they informed us that there was no “warranty.” Warranty aside, we asked what about the fact that they sold us a blown engine that never had a hope to be usable; don’t they think they have an obligation to provide a running engine for the money they were paid? Their response was that they had no legal obligation to do anything. And they don’t, that’s true 🙁 Would post ZERO stars if possible!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Sold me an engine and some useless warranty for almost 300 extra and the warranty is useless it doesn’t cover anything and they claim there’s nothing they can do about it. I will be exposing their business practices to the local news stations so no one will shop here and takes their business elsewhere

I always deal with Moi, he takes his time to make sure I get the right parts I need. And in a timely manner. In this business time is of the essence. I know that when I deal with him my customers will not only get a great part but also very quickly. Which makes me look good in the process.

1 bad employee can ruin things for the 1 good employee standing next to him. Meaning 1 man could screw up big commissions for his counterpart.
