Absolutely horrible
We called at 8am on Wednesday morning for a Donut tire. We were told it would be available that afternoon. Then we were told Thursday morning before 9am! At 830 we called before we drove out there and we were told it was still under the vehicle give them 40 mins. We waited an hour at 930 we were told another hour. Now it’s 11am and my husband is mad he drove there to wait thinking if he was there it would get done faster he was told 10 minutes. The guy was going to get it.
It is Noon and we finally have the tire but we missed an appointment we had at 11am.

“Hi. Can I have a steel wheel?”

“Sure. But we’re going to bring a donut out first, be confused by our own mistake, tell you the wheel isn’t out back and is at another facility. We’re also going to call you tomorrow and leave a message saying it’s here. But when you get here and wait 20 minutes I’ll then inform you that it’s actually on a truck on its way here today but not actually that day but the next day and I won’t call you back when it gets here, even if it does and will charge you double the price everywhere else will.”

Oh hey while you we’re wasting my time for some really unprofessional and unknown reasons…not sure why…never had an issue when it was Jerry Brown’s… I went to PlanIt Salvage in Ballston Spa and had the wheel replaced at Midas in Saratoga Springs before you finished your lunch that day. That was some sad customer service right there.

Highly disappointed in the lack of care that is given when dealing with customer parts, especially body parts. I ordered a A 000 hood and confirmed that there was no damage prior to purchasing. Yesterday when I picked up my part it looked like someone dropped a brick on the part and most of the paint around the edges were missing. The guy at the counter confirmed that the hood I purchase was a undamaged piece and that stuff like this happens when shipping.

750$ ??? For a used k frame for my car I got a brand new one on the way from auto saver Ford. For 360$ not to mention the lies and dishonesty with me telling me my part was being pulled from a vehicle when they gave me the wrong part that was sitting on a shelf I advise all of anyone who reads this to please use better resources i will never step foot in there again

Brian and Fenix Auto… The no brainer go to team for big ticket items. Time is money in this business. So let the pro’s, like Brian Gillingham, weed out the bottom feeders. Giving you more hands on time in the shop. Which leads to more productivity and a higher profit margin. Thats a win win in my book.
