A true lifesaver!!! My daughter was traveling through SD and blew a tire, Fishers went and put her spare on in no time and followed her into town to make sure she made it safe to a hotel for the night. Ryan checked her tires for us the next afternoon and found they all needed replaced. I drove to help her out (5 hrs) and went to Fargo for tires and returned later, Ryan went out of his way to put them on when he should have been off duty and showed us a few things on her car that need done as well as gave us ideas as where to go. Thank you to Ryan, his parents and anyone else who helped out. You are all amazing!!!

These guys are amazing me and my friends car broke down in the middle of no where 3 miles East of Rosholt SD called AAA cause had a membership after waiting for almost 4 hours in -45 degree weather they came and rescued us if it weren’t for them not sure where we would be today. And even after 6:30 this morning AAA still couldn’t help us THANK YOU GUYS KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK

They towed my vehicle after hitting the ditch. I’m from hour or so out of town. While contacting them I had asked politely who I was speaking with and was hung up on. Later while getting closer to the business I called back to let the gentleman know what kind of vehicle I was arriving in and he was rude. Upon paying him I never received a receipt which I needed for insurance purposes….still never found out a name. Just glad to have my car back safe and sound.

Was passing through South Dakota & ended up getting stuck in the Median on I-94. I have AAA so I called them to come pull me out. While waiting a Officer & this company’s tow truck arrives. I asked “Robert” (tow truck driver) if he was affiliated with AAA he responded “Yes, I can give you a “slip””. The Officer gave “Robert” the go ahead to pull me out. Once “Robert” pulled me out he informed me that he wasn’t AAA affiliated & that they would just reimburse me the ($125) he charged me to pull me out…. Long story short I was forced to pay ($125). That I didn’t have. He didn’t discuss a price before doing the job. The officer told me that if I didn’t pay him that he was going to take my car. I’m not sure if that’s legal or not…. Be careful.

After my stolen vehicle ended up being found and taken to Fisher’s and placed on hold up til the police department released it. The gentleman stated that he will not let anyone inside the vehicle. He even stated he would bring the important things from my vehicle to me since he was coming this way. Only to have him keep putting it off and letting the people who stole it clear it out smh…
