Flat Rock has a huge selection and fair prices. These operations can be kind of gruff, but not here. Miller had the patience of Job, handling crazy questions from callers (one even asked him to locate a part at another yard—which he did to help them). They had my part (an entire bumper assembly) pulled and to me in short order, and the condition was as described. So, highly recommended!
Great service helped me out quickly, the owner even helped me out when I was ordering the part that I had no idea what it was called. He was very helpful to guide me through it to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle and what I really needed. Thank you again flat rock I’ll be sure to come back and send y’all more customers who are in need of a cheaper part in the future.

By far the worst salvage yard I have seen. Extremely disorganized. I called in the morning to have a part pulled and was willing to pay the ridiculous price. They said they would pull it and once I arrived it wasn’t pulled. Then they told me to go walk around the lot and see if the cat they had listed was even there. They didn’t even have the car they said they said they had! Nice people but I highly suggest no one waste their time with these people!
I was able to find my window regulator for my 2018 kia optima, and they was the only 1. Very quick and they even put the part on for me. The employees are very nice and professional
They were super helpful and kind!! They had the part I needed and gave me a very reasonable price!
