We Couldn’t find a fuel tank for an Infiniti, built in 1994, in which the manufacturer, Infiniti/Nissan, discontinued making. So about 2 weeks ago I finally used a locator website, in which Flower’s was listed as having the part. It’s quite a distance away, so I knew it was best to call first. The gentleman who answered the phone was doubtful that they had the tank, but he said he’d look. He talked to me as he searched the inventory on the computer, but unfortunately they did no’t have the fuel tank. I’m so used to getting no’s, as we’ve been searching the entire country for way over 6 months. However, his no was different. He actually told me “DON’T give up, it’s out there somewhere!” (What! I almost passed out)! Unlike the past no’s, in which I ended the calls feeling like an annoyance to someone else’s day, I really appreciated this gentleman’s kindness. He gave me hope, and such wonderful service. I had a smile on my face and hope in My heart when we hung up. I can’t explain, but on my very next phone call, which happened to be the last ‘local’ number on the list, 1hr 45min away – I received a YES! He left immediately to pick up the gas tank and had it installed on the exact same day we spoke 2 weeks ago.. Funny how the gentleman didn’t believe that he had it, but turned around and made me believe someone else would. Sir, I thank you so much for such a great experience. It needed to be told to everyone!
I was traveling in the area when I damaged a wheel on my car. They had the part on their website but they were closed for the weekend. Early Monday morning they informed me that they did not have the part. I explained that I was disappointed because I needed to get home and I could have been looking for other sources. They asked me “how long I have run a business” and hun up on me. Very rude! I gave them a week to respond to my email before posting this review to give them the benefit of it just being a bad morning but nothing…

It’s a really great bunch guys/brothers that really know what they are doing!! This is a family owned business that their father started many decades ago, n that’s why they have the experience, n connections to get you the exact part you need. Even if they don’t have what your looking for they can almost always find it for you.
