Ten stars easily. The guy up front was actually nice… The gentlman eho retrieved my part wouldnt take a tip. The part was 100 dollars under what everyone else wanted. This place saved my a.. Would highly recomend if u need anything foreign. This place deserves business.
Looks like they recently updated the place but I haven’t been there in a couple years common courtesy and quick with part pricing
I needed to replace a door on our low mileage… 1997 Toyota Camry that had more then wanted rust on one door. This was our first time looking to buy a part from a salvage yard to replace on our vehicle so I was hesitant. Kristen was awesome! She found a better door in inventory then the one I had initially chosen and the match was perfect. They said it would be there in 3 days and ended up arriving one day later. Communication was quick and responsive. I would highly recommend using them!
Kristin was cheerful, and had excellent customer service, which is rare in the salvage industry. The first part didn’t work, she was prompt and professional and sent a replacement out right away. I would absolutely do business with Foreign Auto Salvage again!
Really friendly service and great prices! While I waited for my ignition housing I witnessed a lot of great customer service at the desk. The men and women who work here seem to have great working relationships with each other. Great people who know their stuff. The website was also really easy to use and I found the part I needed right away for almost a third what it would’ve cost new!
