All I purchased was a battery but it ended up being bad. I called them the next day and they swapped it out with no hassle! The guy at the counter was pleasant and it was an overall good experience with a minor hiccup made good with good customer service.
Called to find a part and all their response was no we don’t have it. Then they hung up the phone, glad I didn’t waste time driving there if they are the rude on the phone. I would not buy from them.
The people working here are the rudest people I have ever spoken with called them at 9am, I was told they’d be here to pick up by 1pm, at 12:49pm they call me saying a tire blew on there tow truck it would be an hour and they would be here, by at 2pm I call back and they said just a little longer, 3pm I call back and get hung up on 3 times, my husband called them and he gets cussed at and hung up on , most unprofessional people I’ve ever spoke to in my life!!!!
They said be there at 230 they dont show until 450 these guy r slow i was count on them because i need my truck fix today i never buy part again
