Very rude people not professional, you cant even ask them questions or else they will get mad, so if you go there don’t even think about asking them for help. unorganized staff, they don’t even know how to use a scale. I went their with my truck, and there was mud on one side and the other side was fairly clean and they did not let me go on the clean side, they told me you have 4×4 just go through the mud. Don’t even waste your time coming here just go to Santa fe Capital, they are way more professional and have a nice staff. Best of all they pay more for scrap, I tell you from experience.

Called prior to making the 45 minute drive there to double check their hours, I was told they would be open until 5 pm. Made the trip and arrived at 2:55 to find the gates closed and locked. Nice. Could have just said they were closing early.

My experience here is always fast,and the older man has always been nothing but nice to me!! He is always happy when I do business with him, mabey he had a bad day the day you were there!!! Everyone has those days!! His job is not an easy one to put up with standing in the heat dealing basically,with our trash!!! So shout out to the older gentalman I don’t know your name, but next time ill make sure to get it. So I recommend everyone to go to Gallegos Scrap Metal in Espanola, for your recycling needs ..Geraldo Cordova…..
