My tire blow out over the weekend was one of the most awful experiences of my 40+ years of driving. I’d been calling around locally for days looking for a rim replacement and no-one had a good one available till tomorrow at the earliest. After having been told by another auto salvage company I could call Geartronix- that they show the inventory- or wait till they were delivered. Long story short I picked up just now a bright shiny OEM rim for my 2013 van and it had a nearly new tire on it as a favor to me. There’s every reason to start here for yourselves. The owner, Destiny and their staff (who put it right in the stow for me) deserve your time and effort.

If you are looking to get rid of an old car, I highly recommend Geartronix! My 2004 Honda lived to be 280K miles old–that was a fantastic car and I had a hard time facing the reality that it was a waste of money to keep repairing it at such high milage.
I let the car sit in my condo parking lot for months until I got a notice from the condo association about fines and towing if I didn’t remove my car within 24 hours!
I reached out to David at Geartronix explaining the urgency of my situation and he messaged me back within minutes, saying he could come get the car the next day! He offered me a good price for it, too.
His tow truck driver arrived at the promised time and paid me what we’d agreed on.

Prepaid for a part. Drove an hour to pick it up only to be told the part was rusted out and unusable. If gas prices weren’t so high and I didn’t have to sit in the heat outout in their parking lot for over a half hour before they told me, I wouldn’t be so upset about it.
I do however appreciate that they took the part out of the car while I was on my way to pick it up.
Next time I will make sure the parts are in good condition before I pick them up.
