Let’s start by saying this is not the typical junk yard and the staff here is amazing. My adventure started with Britt who was direct and focused with a good personality for controlling the flow of men coming in to buy parts. She was very helpful and is an asset to the company. The rest of the staff also did a great job i just didn’t have the same interaction. The field of cars, trucks, vans, suvs both domestic and foreign models available.
I gave them 5 stars because their professional approach and courteous staff. Thank you.

Been coming to this place for 7 plus years. Always dealt with GM Aaron and Manager Sasha. Never had any issues with employees either. Today I had an issue with the new manager Allison.
She will charge you down the bolt regardless what and how much you spend there.
After not getting anywhere talking to her, she brings this guy TY , new GM.
Without even talking to me first and asking what the issue is.
He tells me exact thing she did.
Stating he heard me talking to her on camera.
This guy is so rude ,full of himself and unprofessional and has no business being a GM
He told me they fired all the other employees because they were giving people break on parts. I told him I go throughout Florida to junkyards and have never experienced business that will nickel and dime you down to a bolt like this.
He basically said to take my business elsewhere .
What kind a business treats a repeat customer like this?
I am a wholesaler and spend over 30k per year at this place. That’s right 30 THOUSAND DOLLARS!
Not anymore after I talked to this Foul. Obviously he doesn’t care or he has no clue how to run the business if he is running out returned customers like that.
I am going to contact better business bureau and reach out to the owner of this place to let them know what this place is doing.
If they want my money they better call me and make this right.
I need to hear the owner tell me to take the 30k a year to Ace Pick A Part

Very poor customer service or lack of any should I say. The cashier Allison is the most unkind person I have ever come across. This place will charge you for every bolt and wire on your part. Unhelpful staff. When you ask to speak to a manager to rectify a problem, you will encounter the most unprofessional , unsympathetic and rudest manager Ty. What happened to this place. They had very helpful staff, they were willing to go above and beyond for a customer. Now this team can care less if you come there or not, they make you feel as if they are superior, even though I have spent thousands at this place. Would never go back or recommend.

Good and helping people.I enjoy going to this place, the people are great. I went ace you pull it and bought a ac compressor and I had it for one day. And they would not get me my money back instead they gave me a credit. I may not ever use it. I don’t like the way they operate it’s bad they suck. I will keep going to your place of go- pull it on commonwealth ave.great job I have been coming here since you guys opened never had any trouble
