Love the old school feel of the place. It’s worth a visit even if you don’t need a part! I needed a front passenger window and side view mirror for a 97-03 Malibu after some moron sideswiped me. I found online that they had the parts, called them in the morning, and they had them pulled and ready for me that afternoon. Saved me a couple hours of labor (since I don’t pull parts every day).
Really terrible service. Used them twice, both times were failures.
The first time I was looking for an AC compressor. They said they had the correct one. Drove there, found out it was wrong.
They spent 30 minutes looking for the correct part but didnt have it.
Okay, that’s fine. It happens.
Second time I went looking for a radio/CD player. They had 2 listings. Said they needed to pull it.
Took my number and said they would call.
One week later, no call. I called them and their excuse was “we’re really busy cleaning the yard”. Oh, really? Couldn’t have told me that a week ago?
I said I need to know by tomorrow (8 full days later). They said fine. Never heard from them again. Here it is 2 weeks later and not a peep.
Of course, I took my business elsewhere.
Do not bother.
I absolutely love this place! It’s a little bit out in the country, but well worth the drive. The lady is so helpful & they have exactly what I need for my old car every time! And their dog is beautiful.

just purchased a knuckle/hub assembly. Upon inspection I noticed there was play in the wheel bearings and made a loud metal to metal noise when spinning the hub. they claimed the wheel bearing was good which it was not. Midas auto repair shop also told me the wheel bearing was bad and can provide documents proving this. Goose Lake Auto went on basically went on calling me a liar and said the bearings are suppose to have play until you tighten them to the axle lol . the lady trusted her shop mechanic over me and Midas, Lady why would I want to spend 150 more dollars ?? If the wheel bearing was good I would have put it in the car duh who wants to spend more money. So basically they offered nothing in return and said I was lying. I would never do business here again and this 1 star review is well deserved for you !!
