Bought a rebuilt shift differential for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. Thought it was odd that it came only with a 30 day warranty. I wanted my Jeep up and running since I missed her. Got it put back in March 2022 only 4 months go by and its out already. What a waste of $1,800.00. Such bad reviews from this place. I understand why it has bad reviews. Shop around before you trust this place. I am so disappointed and sad. Vehicles are so expensive right now that’s why we are all repairing our used vehicles.

The lady called Susan on the phone was too white to understand other races English. She hung up and said, “I couldn’t hear you that’s why I hang up!” She even asked if I want to talk to someone else. She needs to take her racism out of another man business. She’s been unprofessional and care less what the consequences might be. I still don’t understand how some white people think they are better than others. Rude Karen!

Bought a spare tire in like new condition. Better order parts ahead by phone, or you’ll be waiting for 2 hours for Diego to go get the part from behind the shop.

I bought a transmission it didn’t last a 2 months which they will tell you you have warranty good luck I have been waiting for so long (1month) seems like I’m getting attitude by spending my own money about the product ask question and think about when you’re spend your money I have to suffer that consequence
