The young girl was more helpful then the adults. I needed a radiator and told them what I needed they required me to pay before letting me see the part then after I got home it was the wrong size. Called the next day they were open to see if I could get my money back due to finding the part elsewhere and was told that they wont refund there sales. Had to take a replacement part that I dont want or need. Not a good business practice to have unsatisfied customers. Will not be going back.
Poor customer service. They acted like it bothered them and was such a chore to help customers. Also the girl working the window looked like a minor, like 14/15. Policy changes that dont make since to me. Cant pull a part until after its paid for. Used to be able to have it ready so u werent waiting forever on it. Ridiculous charge for using a card to pay. They dont provide u with a receipt. When u ask for one they tell you u will be charged for it. Goin to be inconvenient to get ur core charge back when they put it on the back of a business card. And I know its a junk yard and will be dirty but they are extreme. Not that hard to pick up a broom once in a while.
Little expensive on parts. They have someone take you down to find the parts you need and they will take them off for ya. Saves customers time and headache. People seem nice and they have a big variety of cars and trucks in there massive yard.
Unfriendly ,there trying to pay the electric bill on ever part sold to cus timers so said.
