They are extremely friendly and have quick service. They accommodated me and did a nice job with my car. BUT the charged me THREE TIMES the price they initially quoted me to do the work on my car. Definitely use them just make sure to get everything in writing.
They lie and had me wait two days for an 8 AM pick up. Lead me to believe a driver would pick up on a Monday never showed said he was sick the next day and the same poor excuse on Tuesday. Don’t waste your time with Pablo he lies then laughs about it. Very poor business to deal with. Do yourself a favor and use another company.
Sally picked up phone and gave straight forward offer for a totaled car. She even paid cash when the other tow company (which is on same street) wouldn’t take anything but cash. Sally promptly follow up with call to pick up plates. Couldn’t have asked for better experience, especially in the time of stress that an accident is.
Owner sold me the wrong transmission and will not refund me my money. I am taking her to court. She was very rude and unprofessional. She raised her voice to me and got upset when I replied in kind. Do not take your business to this place, they aren’t honest.
2000 miles from home and break down on I 80E … They found the problem ( fuel pump and crimped line) fixed it at a very ,very fair price. Honest . Thank you auto wreckers. Patrick
