My husband, dog, and I were stranded on our way through Montana with a misfiring cylinder on our truck with our RV in tow. Got a tow for the truck AND the trailer and a ride to the next town in a timely manner and our driver was super nice. I would recommend this place if you’re in a pinch and need help on the side of a busy highway! Super nice people! Thank you Hanser’s for rescuing us!

My vehicle was stolen from billings, mt. it was recovered in hardin, mt. We were told they would be open from 9 to 5. And I could pick up my vehicle. We showed up at 9 and have gotten a consistent run around, telling us 45 mins someone will be here, no luck I called back then another 20 mins, no one shows. Then I’m told that the owner is gonna be the one helping me, and then come to find out he’s coming all the way from billings and were told another 20 mins. On top of that I’m getting charged $200 to get my own vehicle back after it was a reported stolen vehicle. This has got to be some type of extortion. I do not recommend this business unless you want the run around.
Pathetic. I set up to meet them at my car that needed to be towed at 3 p.m. I understand that expecting them to be right on time in unrealistic, but I sat and waited for 40 minutes. Nothing. So I call and ask what the status is. They said that they are behind. I said that it must be to my mechanic at 5 p.m. because that is when he closes. The woman on the phone said that there would be absolutely no problem getting it there by 5. My car was not at my home. So I lock the door, put the key on top of one of the tires (ignition was jammed so this was pretty safe), and go home. My mechanic calls me at 4:45 telling me that they called him and said that they will not be making it tonight, at the same time they call me saying “Sorry sir but we are backed up today.” They said that they will have it towed first thing in the morning. Well, it is ten o’clock and it’s still there. Now it’s one thing to be backed up, but it’s another thing to promise me that they will get it that night, and then they don’t. Communication and follow through with this place is horrible and I will be telling Progressive to never set me up with a Hanser’s for roadside assistance ever again.
Don’t waste your time or energy with these people! Nothing but a ratt race of lies! 3 calls this morning to be reassured all was well. I waited for several hours believing no call is all well. Not with these people, the forth call I called too was telling me that the driver decided he didn’t want to work today and was assured I was going to get a discount from a driver out of billings rather then harden. A day late and no call from them was going to save me 40$. Pay an extra dollar for an honest company! It will save you so many troubles! … I PROMISE!
