Went down to ask about a bumper in which I was greeted by a guy with a very negative attitude. Tried to ask if they could price match or anything but the guy rudely interrupted me and told me just to buy it elsewhere.

Just looking for an ECM. Was told over the phone they were vin specific. I simply stated that as long as they had the same engine and transmission it should work? Got nothing but sarcasm “well you would certainly know better then me wouldn’t you!”. Jackass. You guys have always had the shiftiest attitudes every time I talk to you. If you don’t enjoy your job go find a new one.

Very rude service! My mom went there for help, stood there, 5 minutes, 10 minutes and people saw here and refused to say hello or help! Wow! What a bad company. I will tell everyone and NEVER go there. My mom left with no help.
