Went there to see if they had a instrument panel for a ford. He said they had one and it would be $20 to go into the yard and pull it. When I got out to the vehicle, it was already removed. I went back In and told them it was already gone, he would not refund my $20. The only reason I went into the yard in the first place was he told me he had the part. That is a shady and fraudulent way to do business. I Would not recommend anybody spend any amount of money there and go somewhere else or buy it new aftermarket this place is a joke.

Even if I would’ve waited for them to pull it how can they pull apart that does not exist.

His response couldn’t be further from the truth. When you tell me there’s a part in the yard and the part does not exist you should not be able to charge people a “yard” fee. how many people have you charged $20 for that exact same part that isn’t even there.

Absolutely do not work with this company. We called to pay for a part, went to pick up when they said it was ready, waited 2 hours, then they charged us an additional 200.00 because their staff had charged us the wrong amount. Awful people to work with, rude, will hang up the phone. We were a repeat customer, and now will not be. For FYI, Dan the owner and his employee Don, were the ones who made the experience unpleasant.

This is the worst company to buy anything from. The customer service sucks and the staff is racist. I have never met such rude guys like them, especially the olderone. I simply went to exchange a used battery that I bought from them that have a weak voltage. I have the receipt of my purchase and the company refused to give me my money back or another used battery. It’s a win for them.
