Great Customer Service all around. I’ll detail my story below, but in summary they were incredibly helpful at all stages of finding and receiving a difficult-to-find part
So I needed some torsion bars for my truck. Couldn’t locate them anywhere. I spent weeks trying to source the part via the internet, dealerships, and companies near me, and eventually I was just calling every company in the Denver area. H&H also did not have the part. I talked with Colton on the phone and when I mentioned I can’t find the part anywhere he told me he’d give it a look. I got a call back that same day and they found a part in their network and shipped it right to the store
Now since the part was too large and dirty to take an uber and since I needed it to get my wheels on the road again, Tammi went out of her way to help get the part to me. Big time help. Everyone I talked to was friendly, and beyond helpful.
Part delivered was in good condition and also came with Torsion Keys, which was a nice surprise because new keys cost like $30 per
They have parts at other locations if they don’t have it there. But parts are decent towards the high end of cost.
I ordered door window glass from their Loveland location. It was shipped down to Denver free of charge in 2 days, exactly as described in perfect condition. When I picked it up I thought it was for the wrong window. One of the guys in the office took the time to walk out to my car with me and make sure that I was receiving the correct part. They gave me a great price on my part too. I was expecting to pay double what I payed.
