Hick’s which is now LKQ which replaced order keystone don’t care about their customers as an automated answering system put me on hold for 15 minutes till I hung up. Apparently they either don’t eant any more customers or they have made enough money they don’t have to work any more but if they are not out of business yet it won’t take long with their non- interactive customer service program they’re working on. A helpful reminder here, your business is not the only one around so when you don’t answer the phone people will call some one who will answer the phone. If I was your boss, I would fire any & everyone who has the job of answering the phone, 15 minutes & not one person was able to answer the phone, that is a joke.
