Russell is the kind of professional you want to have the privilege of having help you. I live in Colorado so I found this part online and ordered it, paid and a couple of days later I got a text saying that the shipping was incorrect for the product that I owed more. Now, in the world of commerce, if a customer has already paid in full including shipping for a product (considering that it was the companies program that charged me) the company selling the product is obligated to ship the product. Apparently there was a mistake with the online process, Russell‘s team reached out to me stating that there had been a mistake and that I needed to pay more (after i had already paid and their system has accepted my payment and even sent me an email confirming my payment and the part I had ordered would ship soon). I asked for a supervisor and Russell Called me and even though their system has mass a mistake ( I offered to split the difference shipping with them). Russell was very professional, he acknowledged my perspective and authorized the shipment and I couldn’t be happier with the service I was provided and the product l received. Well done Highway Autoparts. And a shout out to Russell!! Grille looks great and wife is happy……happy wife, happy life.

I work for a local plumbing company and needed what I thought was a basic part for my work truck. After trying 3 other big named parts stores and coming up empty. I came in here, the guy at the counter was great. Even though I knew nothing about my work truck he was still able to find my part super fast. I was in and out in minutes. Great work Lenny. I will be telling others about this place.

Just want to highly recommend this company and their staff. I needed a tail light for my Chevy Equinox and there was a question if it was a LED. They made sure I had the correct part and even put it on for me. Saved me $300.00 the dealership would have charged. Thank you gentlemen for the great customer service!

Let me start by saying it’s extremely rare now a days to run into a place that still truly values a good customer experience. I don’t think there is any better way to describe Highway Auto Parts other than EXCEPTIONAL. I purchased an engine assembly from this business in June 2022 and found out 2 months later that that same engine assembly was a defective part. My original rep and point of contact Kevin Cloutier was sympathetic, responsive and 100% on top of it. He got EVERYTHING taken care of all and was able to completely refund my purchase since I was within my 6 month warranty window all in a mere 48hrs. If you are looking for a place that operates their business by “the old way of doing things (meaning they actually care)” then you’ve found the right place. If I ever need a part or anything related to a vehicle Highway Auto Parts has my loyalty for life. DO NOT pass these guys up they are the real deal. Ask for Kevin, if I could give him 100 stars best believe I would!
