They towed our car yesterday and let us come get it back today for a not so outrageous price! The man was very nice and even waited for us to get there. Absolutely no BS that I’ve experienced before with places especially being a weekend!
They rip off soldiers charged 550$ dollars for a simple tow my car got stuck in some mud(very little mud just the front 2) and literally had the tow truck push me over. It was not a hard job they had no excuses to charge that much. The old man that came out didn’t even offer to adjust the price to an appropriate 50$ dollars worth for the service. If your not from the area it seems they don’t have your best interests.
Everyone there was so nice and super helpful! It was my first time needing a service like this and they were knowledgeable about any of my questions. Wonderful experience.
Told me to come in on a Monday after a week for the parts to come in. Dropped it off, for a 5.5 hour job. It’s now 24 hours of their open hours and it still isn’t ready. Cheaper if you have time to burn. Go elsewhere if you want your work done in timely manner.
Good work, but it takes a while. Dropped my vehicle off, told them it was no rush, but it was 2 weeks before they actually got it into the shop. Overall work quality is good though.
