this place is great, I just started recycling. They will teach you alot about what metals can and cannot be recycled. friendly environment, helpful, and supportive. when coming here though I’d say. wear a mask for the dust there and a gloves so you dont cut yourself on metal or smash your hands on metal.
Scrap your metal don’t fill up the landfill go make you a little bit of change in your pocket.
Nice people with fair prices
I have always enjoyed this place. Number 1) I love the good down to earth diverse and friendly staffing that work there. Number 2) the help that is always around, not only the employee’s but other customers who frequent this busy place. On hot busy summer days, it’s a good thing to know that good cold soda pop is always there at a very, very reasonable price. Strawberry, grape, and orange Sunkist are my favorites. They are always on time and welcomed by me. P.S….If you need to know anything or find anything scrap wise, or that deals with motorcycle, cars, trucks, lawnmowers etc…used parts. Ask for Mike, how he keeps so much info. in his head and access it with such ease is beyond me, but I know him to be one of the fairest of business men in the Lawton Fort Sill Mountain Metro Area. P. S.S….I don’t know if that is grammatically correct, but any hoo, if looking for used tires or a good plugging, used rims then you need to holler at Charley, Mike Hodges brother. All around this is simply the best scrap yard I have ever been to in Oklahoma so far. And I’m not looking to replace them any time soon. Pray that scrap metal prices go back up after a recent drop in the market. For a lot of disabled or men and women seeking there disabilities, scrapping has been a cushion of providing that little extra one needs to make life a little bit easier.
The owner (I think) was very fair and honest upfront. Made the trip from Duncan and he made it worth it which is few and far between in the recycling and wrecker industry… Will definitely do business again..
