Great used parts place with great customer support!

I bought a amp for my 09 Audi Q7. I had it installed and none of my speakers work except 1 in the dash I had the amp inspected and found out it was faulty and was the reason for my sound not working. I reached out to owner and let him know so I can get a replacement but he is ignoring me. parts are supposed to have 90 day warranty smh unprofessional to blatantly ignore a customer. I will be showing up there to see what we can do about this.

I have gotten several parts from Hy Way without a hitch, in-expensive and in a timely fashion. Great service!!
Also just had some work done on my car, nothing more agonizing whether or not if your going to be raked over by a mechanic. Based on my previous experience , I took my car to Hy-Way. Mike the mechanic was fantastic . My car was not even there an hour , I received a phone call with the problem and a very reasonable price to get my car fixed.( I was anticipating on paying double) I had my car back , at the end of the next business day!! Great place all around!

Outstanding Customer Service! Very pleasant experience. I went to buy a power steering pump and pigtail wire for my 2014 Chevy Impala. I did not expect anything of me showing the receipt of my Power Steering Pump I procured 6 months ago from HyWay because I knew it was used and it worked. The owner or manager overheard me talking to the customer service rep at the front desk. He walked over and took a look at my old receipt. He asked me few questions about the issue with my power steering pump. I received power steering pump and the pigtail wire as a courtesy…free of charge! I will return to HyWay Auto Parts again for future business.

Everytime i go there they never have what i need. And 1 time i bought a radio for my girls car that took awhile to come than when i got it , it needed a code 2 unlock the radio that they told me to call the manufacturer. I called and they couldnt help me and i understood, what if it was a stolen radio they dont know it came from a junkyard. 2day i needed a windshield wiper arm for my car. They said they would have to order and it would be 30 dollars. I said im ok. And looked online. My auto store had a new one for only 16 dollars. Maybe in the future i will b swayed to give a better review i always seem to need a new part.
