The guy told me on the phone $80 for a pair of USED worn snow tires on the phone. Showed up to the shop and he told me $115 because of tax. Im like tax isn’t that much how much is the tires he told me $55 a tire and wouldn’t go lower, he said have you seen the snow tire prices. Stewards in Barkhamsted I went too had better snow tires for $80 a pair and they negotiated $10 off because the shoulder was a little worn on one side. The guy at Ikes is a lying cheat. I drove 20 something minutes just to be lied too and when I calles him out on it he indirectly called me a liar. Never going there again. If you want an honest guy dont go to Ikes on rte 4 heading towards Goshen!!!

Have a video a driver who looks like a rookie. Removing a car from a accident scene. When asked for price and pictures. My husband and I was rudely spoken to by the aka owner.

I have been having John service my three Volkswagen GTI’s for many years now, and I can’t say enough good about the service I have received from him. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and fair in his pricing. And as anyone who has ever owned an older VW knows, they aren’t always the easiest cars to fix, but John keeps all of mine running superbly, and at way, way, less cost than what the dealership charges. I am one extremely, longtime, happy customer!!!
