Awesome service Abdul was so friendly, and courteous. Providing fast service very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been to a lot of salvage yards and Import is so very clean. No odors, no grease, or dirt. The 2 items purchased were their great and I’m going back next Monday to buy additional items. They’re not close to me, but well worth the drive, with the service, and products provided.
Spoke with a Afghani salesman, forgot his name. One of the nicest people I have ever dealt with strictly over the phone making purchases, one of the most pleasant transactions I’ve had. Definitely coming back for more parts because of the friendly service, great prices and great quality parts!!!!
Went to try and find a map light/sunglasses holder to add to a car that didn’t come with one. The guy at the desk told me he couldn’t help me unless I was as looking for a specific vehicle and that I wasn’t allowed to look around their lot. Thankfully, there are other places that are reasonable. Ended up finding what I needed at Roy Miller’s in Princeton instead.
It’s a shame too, because it looked like they had a couple of sets of wheels and tires that I would have liked to pickup as well, but I will not be returning to this yard.
Quick and speedy shipping, small mishap happened to where a small piece was missing from one of my items but I let them know and they quickly found said piece and shipped it over to me. 10/10, would buy from them again. Communication was a1 throughout entire buying process.
I needed a column switch for my 99 Montero and these guys came through for me. It shipped the same day via USPS and arrived 3 days later. Their prices for shipping are pretty dear, but it was well protected and boxed. In fact the shipping was $15 more than the cost of the switch or a total of $35 for shipping and handling. I would have given the full 5 Stars but for the shipping cost.
