The prices were quite fair and they seem to want customer loyalty over simple money. I told the guy over phone that my range was $140-160 for the rim but he said it’ll only cost $90 + tax. That speaks a lot about this place.
Friendly people too. If I need any more used parts, I’ll definitely come back here.
Great guys here, all friendly knowledgeable it’s a father and son operation which I love. Funny I enjoy going there. If they don’t have something you may need and they don’t have the go above and beyond
I have dealt with this place 3 times and all 3 items purchased were no good, not working. The first item was a power window tracker with motor and when installed it didnt work. The second item was a condenser fan when installed it didnt work. The 3rd item was an alternator, when installed it also didnt work. All 3 times when attempeted to be retuned i was being treated with nasty attitudes and told i can swap it but no money back. I shouldnt have to keep paying my mechanic to put the part in then pay to take it back off to put another part back on. All they have to do is test it. They shouldnt assume that the part works just because it looks ok. today 7/28/2020 i asked for the part to be exchanged and the guy from the used auto part says to me. “Ill do you the favor on switching the part because its electric and they dont exchange any electric parts. I PURCHASED THE PART 7/27/2020 not even 24h has passed so i should get money or a different part without headaches. Never will i deal with them again… I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.
I have to tell you this guy is the worst at best. Went there to purchase seats agreed, to pay his unreasonable price of 300$ even after he displayed his lack of customer service and poor business accumen. On top of that I offered him an additional 20 to install them for me. He kept on about how he was so busy but for the duration of my stay he was doing absolutely nothing, mind you I talked to his mechanic in the back who was more than willing to do what he called a “simple” installation for me but his boss the guy i had been dealing with refused to make the deal. Honestly this guy would go a lot further if he treated his customers like humans.
Great deal on parts. Ask for Danna, she’s amazing and provides excellent customer service. Bought 4 new rims here for my Hyundai for what I would have paid for one.
