Very nice people at J&J. But we’re very disappointed that we drove there from Floyd after calling J&J and were told they’d take our vehicle for $120 after I gave them a description of it. They refused to take it for any amount, even $20 just so we could get it off of our trailer. But, as stated before they were very nice people and we were thrilled they were open until 5 pm. But, we will continue to use D&M.

My wife was in a accident on rt 114 and needed a tow truck service. She called J and J and Brian the owner was there in less than 20 minutes to take care of my wife’s car and I would recommend him for his fast response time and professionalism. Thank you Brian!

They held the motor while our customer finalized his loan for his motor replacement. Can’t beat a company that goes out of their way to be helpful in that way! Super nice and excellent customer service!

Dropped vehicle off running and fine other than water pump being out. After replacing the water pump the truck no longer runs. They could not give an explanation to this and was very rude!!! Told me they were going to put the truck outside the gates and would have to pick it up. I will never give them my business again and sorry I did this time. Do not recommend.
