Great dealership, that didn’t feel like a dealership. Was very comfortable, specially due to our salesperson. Janelle was the perfect salesperson to deal with. She was on top of everything, and anything we needed she would find and bring to us. Sadly my wife (Blanca miles) didn’t get her jeep. But mainly it was a hard deal with the age of credit, after bankruptcy. Since then we have bought a cheaper car to help with the credit. And we will return to get the jeep my wife wants. Janelle is the only person we will deal with. See you in about a year hopefully credit will be good enough.

My experience with jeep only I’ll start with just WOW! First off this is the only jeep dealer in town that was not adding extra fees to just get ahold of their eco Diesel Gladiator, I went to 2 other dealerships who wanted to charge $5000 extra just to purchase A vehicle because of the shortages. From our salesman being extra is extra helpful with all of the mechanics of I were new cheap diesel Gladiator helping us helping us connect the phone to the new smart screen inside. On through to the gal who helps you after the purchase with any upgrade you want for your Jeep in you’re cheap Ensley was a 5 star Employee. Helping us pick out and configure what we wanted on our Jeep. I have had many situations where I have had to bring it in, including getting the vehicle stuck in a large amount of mud out at Lake Mead. I had to get a detail to ensure the performance of the vehicle with all of that mud stuck in the undercarriage, and they did such a fantastic job. They found me diesel oil when I was struggling to find it myself. I love going there and I’m so grateful for how they treat me. Our First time dealing with this dealership. We were shopping for a Gladiator and they had the vehicle we were interested in. John Carbajal was my sales rep. Very professional, and very knowledgeable about Jeep’s. He took the time to answer any and all our questions we had. We had our own finance set up for this purchase and John was very instrumental into making this buying experience as seamless and most of all a painless event.
