My son’s negative experience was handled by Dept of Rev, dealer division. Took a while, but it finally was completed. As for unprofessionalism, cursing, awful customer svc, pretty much throughout the company except the young lady in the office, Kayla.

On a separate day, my daughter noticed a tow truck in a qt parking lot, driver has a maroon suv on the truck. Driver got out, rummaged through the truck, took out tool box and placed it in the tow truck storage. Coincidentally, it was a JGS truck…..
