I was picking up a part for a friend…the people an older lady in an office and a guy setting behind the counter seemed like I was bothering them. The lady gave me a paper without saying anything and when I walked toward the guy he told me the part was laying out by the garage door and it would have the name on it…
I was very surprised at the lack of customer service …a few years ago I dealt several times with the one in PA and they were very friendly amd helpful…
They don’t even deserve one star but I had to rate them to leave a review. 4 days ago I called and ordered 3 tires, come to pick them up and I guess they decided my business wasn’t important enough bc the tires wasn’t there. This is the 2nd time with this company that they didn’t do as they said they would. I will no longer call this company for anything. They don’t care about business.
Pais for parts I needed, was told they would pull and have ready in a few days ..almost a month later still no parts. Now gotta drive an hour to get a refund.
Kind of funny hours but not bad it’s a junk yard
Never seen anyone so rude working a front desk. 90 year old woman working the check-out. Couldn’t read my card & kept entering the wrong expiration date. Didn’t even get my name right. At pick up, I was pretty much told to go to the garage door & pick up my rim. Not even offered any assistance. Pretty poor customer service.
