One of the best wreckers/yards I’ve ever had to deal with. Not only is the customer service A1 but, Jason, who was working at the front desk at the time. Went above and beyond my expectations with my cars service needs. I recommend this place to anyone! They’ve earned a returning customer. I used to go to Army’s in Lima off fourth street. They were rude and disrespectful. I’m glad I found Kenny’s.
BEWARE!!! Was referred to this location. I paid to get “supposedly “ get my ac fixed. The first time they replaced the blower and said everything was fine. I say by day 3 the ac was back lowing hot. The second time I took it for him to fix it he say he recharged it. Abt day 3 it’s back to blowing hot. I went up the there abt the issue because obviously you aren’t checking the issue and are just taking me money and if I’m tact you did put it on the machine it would’ve told you the problem. I went up there he said to call and make a appointment. Called to make a appointment and told the machine was broken and the front desk said they will call me back (Monday). Never got a call so called on Wednesday same issue the machine is still broken and the front desk gets a attitude that I’m calling to get a issue fixed that was paid to be fixed twice that was never fixed and you aren’t taken the initiative to call and update me on the status of when to bring the vehicle in. Here we are almost week three and still no call on the status of the machine to get my car fixed from the mistake they NEVER checked to fix the first time! BAD business and customer service they just want to take your hard earned money and not fix what you’ve paid them to fix. BEWARE!!!!
They gave me a quote for 100 in labor for 2.5hrs, then told me 250 and changed it again to 300. I nearly lost my mind.. Almost 150.00 hrly for labor?? The bearded 15 yr old at the front counter was completly clueless about vehicles.
After giving him a peice of my mind I walked out and went elsewhere. What a waste of time and resources! Steer clear unless you like silly games with your $$$!

Their truck driver really wants to be productive. Driving people off the road as we speak. I wouldn’t trust them with my business.
