I ordered a part March 25th, money was removed same day!! So they have been paid!! I called both the 26th-27th I spoke to a man who said he’d have the mechanics pull it by the end of the day!!
Called this morning spoke to a very rude young lady who didn’t see a problem with taking my money but not giving my the part I payed for… She went on to say the haven’t even pulled it yet and they’ll send it after the holiday weekend!!!
Hoping too see this part by Tuesday I would not conduct business with this company again!!!
I called for a part around 1 pm they said they’ think they have one and they would look for it and call me if they found it. No call and its after 3 pm. I’m nervous because the junkyards all close soon. I called and she said that she thinks has it and they would call me back. No call. It’s 4:30pm. I go to their location. I mention the part they don’t know what I’m talking about at first then the other lady working says she hadn’t heard back from the guy who looked for it. Suddenly, guy say, “You’re not talking about the ford explorer part are you? Cuz it’s been cut when removing a different part for someone else.” It’s 5pm. Missed my visit with my kid because of this. Communication between your workers needs to improve. Seriously.
