L & L Auto Parts, Inc. is a used auto parts store located at 1019 Long Branch Road in Grover, North Carolina. It is commonly referred to as a junkyard, salvage yard, scrap yard, or wrecking yard and it houses junk cars from all over the region. The business was founded in 1995 with the aim of helping people find quality used parts for their cars at an affordable price.

The store stocks a wide variety of automotive components including engines, transmissions, suspensions, interior and exterior trim pieces as well as body panels and other items that may be hard to come by. There are also an array of tires and wheels available for purchase. L & L Auto Parts also collects scrap metal from customers which they then recycle and sell back to automotive companies for reuse.

When customers are looking for something specific they can call ahead and ask if it’s available in the store; if not they can request that staff search the inventory of nearby partner stores to help them find what they need. L&L Auto Parts makes every effort to provide its customers with top-notch service while being mindful of the environment. They have recently rolled out several programs designed specifically with this goal in mind such as offering discounts when buying recycled parts or using their recycling services for those who bring in their old parts instead of selling them directly.

The friendly staff at L & L Auto Parts will always do their best to help customers get the right part for their car or truck – no matter how obscure or difficult it may be to find! Whether you’re looking for something new or used, you’ll never leave without finding exactly what you need!

I would give this place a zero but that wasn’t an option. Called them and they said they had a 15” rim for my car. Went the next day to have it put on and they had give me a 16” rim. The place I took my car to had a rim and fixed my tire. I called L & L and they said they would exchange it. We went back to them and they would not give us our money back only a store credit or exchange it. We spent $53 on a rim we do not need and we don’t need another one or anything else from there. They were rude and would not even discuss giving our money back. I would not recommend them to anyone and we definitely will not be using them again.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
We all work hard for our money, and this place will try it’s hardest to steal it from you. I bought a transmission from L and L and paid for having it delivered. The transmission was broke before it was even unloaded off their truck. So, I refused it and found another one locally. However, they refused to refund my credit card. I had to call my credit card company and file a chargeback on the transaction to get my money back. I recommend you stay away from this place and spend your hard-earned money where it’s deserved.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH L&L AUTO PARTS IN GROVER. They gave me the wrong part and would not refund my money. I didn’t want an in store credit. If they can’t get it right the first time, l don’t trust they would get it right at all. Their rating is 3.4 and got a 1 star rating just now. They are rude and apparently not that smart, except for keeping people’s money they don’t deserve. If you value your money and want to help others not to waste theirs.

I called about a hood and drove over 2 hours to find out that that didn’t have the hood. They found another hood with dents. They didn’t help me look at it any further. I had been there for hours at this point. I bought it and loaded it and drove it home. I went have it put on to find out it was damaged and could not be put on. They sold me junk.

Transparency is key in this business, you have to set your ego aside. I called on a BMW engine and asked for the last 8 digits of the vin # to verify fitment. At first, the gentlemen didnt even want to disclose the miles, after asking multiple times he released that info. I asked several times for the last 8 of the vin #, once again to save everyone the time of making sure it fits and im satisfied. He didn’t want to give it. If you guys don’t want to be transparent, you will loose business……
