In my experiences at junkyards, it can be hit or miss. Some are easier to work with than others. In dealing with Lance’s auto parts I have nothing but positive things to say. It is not a u-pull-it yard. But the people that I talked to and dealt with were as helpful and courteous as one could hope for. Polite and informed. They make customer service into art
