I can’t even begin to describe the absurdity of this place.. first they charge me full price for a core differential, then they proceed to tell me that they can’t give me a warranty for it (even though they have no clue whether or not anything they sell is good to begin with), then, as if things weren’t already frustrating enough, they charge me for a core. So to be clear, I bought a core (which is the part I wanted) for full price and they charged me a core price of $25 on top of the $125 for said core. Fast forward a few days, I bring the core in to retrieve the $25 held for ransom and they proceed to tell me that it’s missing a axle and I can’t have my core money back because they might lose their job if they do! I ask politely “is their nothing you can do?.. I don’t live close to here and spent a lot of gas to get all this way. This was a core after all, you guys already made a 500% profit already, without the money you charged me for the core”. I was told no. Not “well we can deduct the core price of an axle and print a receipt of that core”, just “no, I’ll lose my job”.
It’s bad enough that they charge so much (more than 50% of what it costs at a parts store, nearly 10% less than online) for EVERY SINGLE PART on these vehicles that they paid just over scrap value for, but to charge a core price on top of it is a complete ripoff.. considering that scrap yards pay people to pull parts from junk cars, these people are getting theirs pulled and getting paid for it!
Moral of the story, make effing sure you take the old part with you when you go get a part and just hope like hell they have what you need!

There was no section for the Pull-A-Part yard. I feel that some people are given inside information on when new tires come in on vehicles for the Monday $9.99 sale. I understand that first come first serve, but cart(s) of tires for (1) one person is a inside job and just being greedy.

I just don’t like this place all that much. there’s lots of red tape to get your stuff, and I always seem to leave feeling like I overpaid. It won’t keep me from buying from them tho, sometimes they can get used stuff quick.
