Now this is what an automobile recycle salvage yard should look like. I’m driving the extra 30 miles to Durham to avoid the Clayton Raleigh LKQ Pick a Part. The spaces on every car are well marked. The yard is pretty dang clean. The staff are all friendly. They even ask which parts you’d like to buy a 90 day warranty on before just slapping the fee on there. Damon helped me at the checkout a few times. He’s a very gregarious young man. He knows a good bit about cars too. It’s refreshing to deal with folks that don’t hate their jobs. I’ll be back for a few items next week. Thanks y’all!

BE AWARE! You may pay good prices but at the end, they are junk parts, but if you don’t pay attention when you pay, they’ll charge EXTRA for 90 days guarantee for the parts (even if you don’t ask for it, they won’t ask you if you need it), for EACH one of them. So, I paid (Raleigh branch) $24.98 for 3 basic plastic parts PLUS $7.50 for three 90 day warranties that I’ll never use.

Great deal and huge selection on car parts. I bought a front bumper and grill for 2012 Impala for $58!
The paint matched perfectly. Compared to $300 for a new painted cover. I love this place!

I had a great experience here. My daughter and I were able to pull parts for her first car that were perfect and extremely cheap.

My first encounter with a Southern junkyard. Just the fact that I didn’t have to fight with Rusty bolts made it a pleasant experience.
