Going to LKQ is certainly hit or miss. There are times when it is easy I get what I need and I get on the road and then there are times when it is a complete headache and the staff is less than helpful. Typically they have what I need. The office workers could use a little help with their people skills.

First time buying very punctual in every way. Second time buying had to keep calling for part then about core refund. Kept me on back burner so to speak and after saying it’s refunded, I know they had just processed it with my call because my bank has never taken “8 business days” for any transactions in 9 years. Probably won’t be doing business with this company again. Don’t like being lied to.
