Parts are always days late or dont show up at all at the will-call location. I recently ordered parts and after driving three hours round trip to pick them up, they tell me they are missing one of the parts so they can’t give me ANY of the ordered parts. These parts were supposed to be there 3 days prior to me showing up.
I cancelled the order a week ago and still no refund. I have been in this industry long enough to know that this is just how LKQ operates. Unorganized and terrible service, buyers beware!

Needed to find a new seat for my Tundra. Called and spoke with Jalyssa a few moments ago. She asked me a few questions and had my seat on its way from California within 5 minutes, and a great price, 85 bucks. She also said that she would call and email me once the seat is ready to be picked up. This was the most pleasant experience that I have had on the phone in quite some time. I will definetely be calling you guys again; You rock Jalyssa!

Great place to find sticks of chewing gum, loose change, individual French fries. And if that’s not enough, lots of cars, trucks and SUVs etc. Waiting for you to extract the parts for your vehicle at the lowest price possible.
Terribly sorry, I meant to review the automotive wrecking yard next door, I don’t know how that happened, but I’m a regular customer of LKQ Who have the best quality professional grade automotive paints and coating products for below retail prices and staff that really know what they are selling, and happy to answer any questions novices like myself may have, without the hey you’re not a pro vibe that happens at other places. I am sure the same goes for their parts department too,
