After driving the car to drop it off I was told and agreed to sell it to them for 400$ and handed them the title and they told me I can take the tags off. As my girlfriend was taking the tags off I walked to the window to receive payment and was told now the price is 345$. I ask about the agreement we just made and he said it changed because there was a little bit of rust near the rear quarter panel. The whole situation felt like greasy and he was trying to take advantage of us. I asked for the title back and took it a quarter mile up the road to Erdman Auto parts, where the gave me 500$ with no problems. They were very nice and helpful. I recommend everyone go there first before LKQ.

Very good prices, but they need to let people know they’re charging for warranties. It’s not right. Eventually someone is going to complain to the BBB or have the them on the news for scamming people out of their money. Who needs a warranty on a bumper? Either It’s good when you bought it or not.

Struts overly priced.lkq charges $50 to deliver but Erdman changes $72 and you are the one pulling it .Doesn’t make sense.will order new one on line Thanks

Well organized! all vehicles were assigned a row and space number so you could easily find the vehicle you were looking for. They had a good idea of what vehicles they had and what parts were still on them. The place was relatively clean. Employees were very nice and helpful.
