Went here to buy a cruise control assembly, which is priced at $19.49 on the website and I had just purchased one the same day at the north location for that price. The manager with the pink hair, I believe her name was Patricia, refused to ring me up for a cruise control assembly claiming it was “Worth way more than that” and tried to ring me up for a chassis control module at $41.39. I walked out empty handed because I am not going to drive 40 minutes into the city, walk around a hot yard, wrestle with rusty bolts, get covered in oil and dust just to get over charged on a basic car component by an overzealous manager who thinks that she gets to make up prices on the fly.
